Ethical Decisions and Pluralism al Affiliation) Part One The ISIS took advantage of the conflict between Syria and Iraq and increased their terror activities in various parts of Iraq. This has led to loss of lives, destruction and loss of properties as well as severe injuries among members of the public. If I were to take action against the ISIS, I would apply the perspective of ethical decision making. Ethical decisions basically emerge from a person’s conscience regarding the rewards or punishment that may occur as a result of their actions (Wart, 2010).

The actions I would take would be based on the perceived benefits of peace and tranquility (Wart, 2010). However, ethical pluralism would not be appropriate in the situation owing to the fact that it requires one to take into consideration what others may consider wrong or right. Part TwoAccording to Bates 2006, the best way to allocate resource in a democratic society is through application of social justice. The corpus of social justice values the existence of diversity in a society, where people have a common sense of humanity, thus are subjected to equitable treatment (Bates, 2006).

On the other hand, the best way to allocate resources within an organization is through strategic resource allocation: Strategic resource allocation takes into consideration the operational strategies of an organization (Hergert, 2012).
