In reality, most state’s institutions play similar roles across the countries. They operate under the statutes thus, working as a regulatory entity. Governments use these systems to perform their functions efficiently. The wreaked institution undermines the law of natural justice and enhances corruption. (Asare, 2012)
The legislative body is on the hands of legislatures in the national parliament. The house is the unicameral body, and the president is a member. The laws passed in this house reflect the will of the majority because it has to get the support of the majority. The Ghanaian laws are universal and flexible as they are the most democratic in Africa. The National Assembly of Ghana truly shows the face of the Nation thus promoting national coercion and integration.
The Exchange rate program helps the country effectively and efficiency to control the stability of the currency. The proper institutions favor political balances. Most of the economies fail because of volatile political conditions in the various countries. Central Banks are the major controller of the inflation rate levels. Implementation of the most suitable exchange rate policies would gear the international competitiveness thus increases the local macroeconomic stability.
A country that enjoys economies of scale would experience the best political environment. The Government would use minimal cost to operate its activities because a stable economy is a complement of a stable political environment. Unstable exchange rate hinders policymakers in planning for the future having no control over the domestic money inflows. Whenever the government fails to take control of the exchange rate, the cost of living would become unbearable to the citizens leading to several unrest and go-slows in the working force.
