Pinnacle policy making will still be a portfolio of The Committee of Management whose members will be four service users, four community members, one Uniting Church representative and a Port Adelaide Enfield Council representative. The power level below this will be composed of a coordinator and a family worker who will be on par. The coordinator will head the tutors while the family worker will head the volunteers but both will be at par.
The administrator’s role is served by The Committee of Management in the Centre. Its various functions are to decide the agency’s purpose, to create and implement administrative guidelines, allocate funds as deemed appropriate to run the Centre (Buckley 2007, pers.comm.9 November; Sheafor & Horejsi 2006, p.64) etc. In much the similar way Sheafor and Horejsi (2006, p.63) delineate the administrator’s roles as planning, developing and implementing various policies, services and programs in any human service
