It is important to understand and analyze different personalities and their roles in a certain sphere. Their roles are variedly defined according to their genders in society. These personalities learn the basics of how to behave and socialize in a certain society or a specific culture. For example, children may get easily influenced by the opinions of their peers, however; their family may oppose their opinions. This clearly shows the influence of social interaction on a certain family member.    Similarly, this theory also states the fact that different families possess different beliefs, attitudes, and norms which may differ from family to family. Parents play a key role in shaping the personality of their children based on the values they contain, the beliefs they hold, and the attitudes they develop. This theory allows people to be active agents of society. Through social interaction, one can affect social change in a great way. It may also affect the way one communicates and interacts with other people in a social sphere (Klunklin and Greenwood).    Education is another social institution through which social interaction approaches social change. It may differ from one individual to another one. This helps in the exchange of ideas, norms, beliefs, and social values.
