He posted an apology that had significant retaliatory responses of hate mails and threats to the other employees (Cote 1).
Making public statements on behalf of other people can be costly. This is true where the utterances made touch on sensitive topics that may realize economic, political and social costs to the third party (Cote 1). Moreover, personal views may not reflect the opinion of other groups or people.
Putting personal information on social sites can compromise a person’s security (Cote 1). It can be costly to one's public image and employment credibility especially when the decision made is infamous.The results of this can be embarrassing and hurtful to the individual.

However, a few governments have already started formalizing same-sex marriages. The most important argument put forward by the proponents of the same-sex marriage is that denying this right amounts to denying universal human rights. However, gay marriage is not normal, for it violates the nature’s law as the tendency of homosexuality is only one among the many sexual deviations experienced in humans.
Though once viewed as strongly against the religious belief, moral values and ethics, and had been vehemently criticized by an overwhelming majority of the people at large all over the world, several western countries have allowed the practicing of the same provided both the parties to the contract exercise gay sexual union with free consent and without coercion or undue influence.
This argumentative essay is focused on different perspectives on this question. Currently, the New York State Senate and the law approved a right of gays for marriage. Therefore, it is possible to claim that gay marriage is promoted and legalized throughout the country in the course of time.

The article establishes the role of Canadian newspapers in addressing Canadian values and most specifically same-sex marriage.
The author states that a normal heterosexual marriage lasts for a period of approximately 20 years. On the other hand, same sex marriages have a very low comparative average with the lasting period being only one and a half years. It is argued that this low success rate has nothing to do with the discrimination that gays face in the society.
