The environment therefore plays a big role in determining whether or not one is at-risk. This problem of at-risk youths is a national problem; every state has parents worrying about their youthful children. They are afraid because of the behaviour that their children acquire at these particular ages. It is for this reason that socialist look at various solutions to the problem. They look for various ways to make the teens busy to prevent them from getting involved in risky behaviors.
Almost 50% of all teenagers in the US are considered to be highly at-risk. The other 50% are also considered to be at-risk but the degree of risk is limited. This means that almost everyone is at risk whenever they are in their youthful stages meaning that they have to take care.
