This is very unkind cycle that is followed in US. Employment rate is US is in decline. People face many problems regarding their required jobs. According to the research of 2009, it is found the employees who lose their job do not find new job. This is the pathetic situation that employees face in US. In the whole scenario, it is concluded that industries have to increase their production and it can only happen if the rate of customers increase. There are many tactics through which industries can enhance their attraction towards their goods for example though massively advertisements (Autor & Kearney, 2008).
The decline of job rate has become more severe as compared to previous years. According to the research, it is found that the people who have lost their jobs in 2007 and 2008 faced difficulty in finding new jobs. According to history of US unemployment, it is found that unemployment rate in US never go beyond the 60 percent of total population. It is found that time period of unemployment has been increasing with the passage of time. The employees, who lose their job in the current job rate decline, face more financial problems as compared to the previous job rate decline (Kim, 1995).
According to the research on US employment, it is found that security of jobs of employees in US companies is in fewer amounts. It is found very few people in their companies do long period jobs. These are tactics of their companies to have employees for shorter time period. In 1980, the law has passed in US that there is most essential for any employ to retire him in the age of 65 and also he will not find any incentive after retirement. After that law, job security of employees is automatically decreased because employees are not firmly tie with the companies. Companies can easily disown their employees after the certain time period of contract as well as employees can easily leave their job after ending the contract (David& Kearney, 2006).
