These too values are considered to be the most important today. To be the member of the epoch of informational society means to introduce the informational culture of a personality. The informational culture of a personality is one of the components of the general culture of personality. This is a combination of informational outlook and the system of knowledge and skills, which provide the purposeful independent activity directed on the optimal satisfaction of individual gender needs with the use of traditional and new information technologies.
The information society and the problems of communication are inseparable from sociocultural conditions, which were formed at the beginning of XXI. The position and the role of a woman in these conditions are changed due to the realization of new creative potential in the personality of a woman, overcoming gender stereotypes, the understanding of new sociocultural role of a woman in the society. Thus, “women must not be portrayed in stereotyped images that emphasis passive, submissive qualities and encourage them to play a subordinate secondary role in the family and society. Both men and women should be portrayed in ways that encourage mutual respect and a spirit of give and take between the sexes” (Ray, 2008).
