This research will begin with the first area relativism and morality which according to Lenn Goodman is genocide etc., All people have a right to live and right to be alive irrespective of their race, color, creed and language. Taking away one’s life under whatever pretext is wrong. Murder is wrong because it denies the person’s opportunity to live. Genocide is a wholesale murder which is murder committed in a large scale. According to Lenn. E. Goodman “genocide targets individuals as members of a group, seeking to destroy a race, a culture a linguistic or ethnic identity, even a class”.

The recent killings of innocent Tamils in Sri Lanka in captivity, in the camps and while they were fleeing for their lives is an example of genocide committed against a culture, ethnic identity and linguistic minority. Though it was condemned by many nations it had some tacit support of a few governments also. The second area Lenn Goodman looks at is terrorism, hostages and child warriors. There area as many examples in many part of world as suicide bombers ,exploding public buildings in India, America, Great Britain Pakistan and Iraq.

Terrorism is like another war creating panic in the minds of opponent. According to Lenn Goodman “terrorism is willful targeting of non combatants aiming to intimidate and attract attention” .Terrorism targets helpless public and news becomes sensational. The more devastating damage they do for hapless victims the terrorists gain more attention for the issues they fight for. Terrorism threatens the foundations of democracies, creates a fear psychosis in the minds of public at large. Hostage taking makes human beings as objects to be traded for terrorists demand.

If the demands are not met a brutal execution will follow shocking the entire world .Child warriors are recruited in many forces and in many countries In Sri Lanka the Tamil Tigers recruited child warriors who were under 15 and exploited the child soldiers as human shield during the war with Sri Lankan army Slavery, Polygamy and Incest The third area of relativism
