But the target of my work is to prove that there is no need to invent anything new or extremely difficult because walking is going to help improving our lives, starting from the way we look like and finishing with the quality of life.

Central Questions: What is the meaning of walking? What does make it so influential? Why do people trust something if it costs a lot of money or can be achieved only by hardworking? What can be done to change people’s psychology? Significance of the research: Something is always missing to feel happy and most of the people are always one step away from their happiness. “Walking as Panacea” may help to make this “one step” both literally and figuratively. Approach: Working on this paper, to be able to prove my point of view, I will address already existing reliable sources on this issue such as: books, periodicals and net resources.
