On the other side, the International Women’s Human Right Foundation has defined Human right with regard to Women in several ways. First under the umbrella called The Universal Declaration of Human Rights it has been stated that "everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status." (Article 2).secondly, The Declaration on the Elimination of Violence Against Women states that "violence against women means any act of gender-based violence that results in, or is likely to result in, physical, sexual or psychological harm or suffering to women, including threats of such acts, coercion or arbitrary deprivation of liberty, whether occurring in public or in private life." (Article 1) It further asserts that states have an obligation to " exercise due diligence to prevent, investigate and, in accordance with national legislation, punish acts of violence against women, whether those acts are perpetrated by the State or by private persons." (Article 4-c).the third and last definition is from The Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). Here, when women are alleged to indulge in extra-marital sexual relations, even if in the case of rape, their own fathers or brothers can subject them to worst forms of indignity and violence. Women, who are raped and are incapable to give explicit proof, are at times accused of zina, or the felony of illegal sexual relations, the penalty for which is often public stoning to death. Such laws that are acceptable in some communities serve as a great impediment preventing the course of Human rights. presumptuous of an accused woman's guiltiness, male family members consider that they have no alternative to undo an apparent breach of "honor" other than to kill the woman, one of the worst case undermining Human rights.
