This organization was developed and started in order to provide an access to purified and clean water to people from all over the world and improve and modify sanitation systems. A lot many deaths in this world are due to lack of water and sanitation problems. This organization wanted to reduce the deaths of people due to these reasons of water shortage and diseases due to sanitation problems. The idea of building and starting this organization came up in late 1980’s when Ken Miller the former president of American Water Works Association along with four other people who were also employed in the American Water Works Association shared their view of solving this issue of water problems like availability of clean water, good sanitation facilities and water shortage. Soon other members of the American Water Works Association became interested in working for solving water issues and soon it became the responsibility, in fact the social responsibility of the water industry to look up to these issues and provide applicable solutions to the problems. After great efforts from the people of American Water Works Association finally in February 1991 Water for everyone came into being as a separate non-governmental and non-profitable organization (Water for People, 2012). There are various ways in which the people can become a part of this great endeavor. A person can become a part of this organization simply by making a donation to this organization, by participating in any committee, by becoming a part of any tour, by sending e-cards to the people of various countries where people are suffering, by attending or becoming a sponsor or organizing of any event of this organization, by helping in marketing of any event of this organization, by helping the organization in promoting and spreading their message or by becoming a member of the World Water Corps (Darity, 2008). This issue is related to the humanities and ethics course and the course based on humanitarian and social care. It teaches the students how to make their life more useful and beneficial by making the use of their resources and abilities to help others and make the life of others easy. This organization helped me to understand the problems that have been arising due to water and what and how various steps can be taken in order to eliminate and eradicate this problem from the root. Another organization that I chose is the CARE, I chose this because it is an organization which is making efforts to eliminate poverty among the people from all over the world. It also aims at providing relief care to the people who have been affected by any sort of natural disaster or catastrophe. Studying sociology also includes spending one’s time, focus and attention towards the problems and issues of the world and finding solutions to the problem (Bornstein, David, and Susan Davis, 2010). The organization is devoted in eliminating poverty among the people. This organization mainly focuses on women who are poor and makes them capable of earning money because they have the capability of earning money and supporting the entire family. It also aims at providing education and training to the women so that they expand economic opportunities and improve business. The organization

Social activism means holding rallies, tying oneself to a tree, picketing, going on parades, taking part in spreading the word about an injustice in a somewhat peaceful manner that is created to at least attract attention in some sort of way.
One of the main functions of the Supreme Court is to pass judgment on the constitutionality of laws passed by Congress. When the Supreme Court passed judgment over the health care laws, it was just exercising its power of judicial review. This power is based on the need to secure the rights of the minority in relation to the majority electorate and the need to ensure justice and fairness for the people.
JUDICIAL ACTIVISM BY EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE . Introduction The European Community Courts have played a decisive role in the integration process of the European Union. The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has especially assumed key role by constantly pursuing legal assimilation in the EU by offering flesh and substance to an outline Treaty, thereby plugging in loopholes in the European laws, and improving the effective implementation of Community law in the provinces of the member states1.

Marcuse proposes that politics, societies and social structures within the society, including education are fashioned to serve the interests of the elite, therefore can be used to explain the political, the social and other areas of problems within the society (Waldron, Navis & Fisher, 2013).
Thus, it is a usurpation of power and it happens when a judge takes a decision that is different from common law, jurisprudence and the constitution of the country. It may also occur when the decision of judges overrules the prevalent law or legal doctrines in the country that are likely to undermine the country's social policy.
In the more provoking cases, an activist may be called a freedom fighter by some and a terrorist by others, depending on which side of the political fence is observing (Activism). Sociologist's definitions of social activism stress the qualities for collective and innovative behavior, extra-institutionality, their network character and multi-centeredness, the changing and liquid boundaries of movement membership, and the willingness of members to disrupt order in a great or lesser degree (Gerlach and Hine 1970).
It can be just a celebration of tradition and culture, which invites critical thinking and reflection of one’s own belief and view. According to the article “An Introduction to Community Art and Activism” it rather suggests the idea of “imagine it” and not
y, thereby plugging in loopholes in the European laws, and improving the effective implementation of Community law in the provinces of the member states1.
