The transformative perspective of healthcare system is facing a number challenges even as the evolution continues to take place. The main challenge is in the coordination and information technology perfection. Improvement of the coordination and implementation is proving to very expensive. As the challenge soars, the target of all this transformation is in the patient with chronic illness who constitutes a huge disease burden (Shi & Singh, 2010).
The main point in to have cost effective treatment is to accommodate the individuals that cannot pay out of pocket and have the cost met cost effectively. Primarily, it has been very hard for the individuals to manage the cost of changing the pattern of illness. To that effect, the dominant focus and the result of the accounting organization are to improve the outcome of the patients. The proposed conduit of reaching this desired result is by improving the coordination and collaboration, coming up with better infrastructure and capitation of the physician salaries. Other systems that have been employed is the use of hospital information system, integrated delivery network and creating a joint hospital venture that facilitate their operation. Making the health care effectiveness is the main central in all the measure that are put in place in the evolution of health care (Neumann, 2005).
