From the academic perspective, it would not be an exaggeration to suggest that different inequalities that exist in the society. There is no doubt that such phenomena as glass ceiling or gender wage gap exist; however, they can hardly be explained by the fact that the society was not able to achieve the level of conscience that does not allow people who belong to different gender interact effectively. In other words, in the corporate environment men and women may not be equal in some aspects, but this does not prevent them from a fruitful interaction.
Finally, from the academic perspective, one might suggest that there are several valuable findings about the diversity of the functional background.
