Finding the Right Person for a JobThe situation in question is a rather difficult one; so, finding the right person for a job will not be an easy task. There are several candidates that seem to fit well; however each of them possesses several disadvantages. That is why it is important to focus on a particular task that needs to be achieved. With this in mind Jyoti might be the best candidate. To begin with, one should note that the primary goal of the organization is to restore the sales figures.

That is why a person who has a great history of a positive influence on these figures will be quite useful. Jyoti appears to have just the necessary background. It is quite understandable that the person will have to be knowledgeable in the area that one will be working it. It was mentioned that Jyoti does not have experience with fiber optics, but the experience with a similar technology is quite extensive. That is why this candidate might be rather helpful to the client. Finally, Jyote reported to be single.

This implies that this individuals has developed social skills as one, probably, spends a considerable period of time outside. This might be quite helpful in the sale since this will reinforce the bond with the potential clients (Warhurst, 2004, p. 56).As one can easily see Jyote is not the perfect candidate; however, this person might become the best choice under these conditions as one will be more focused on applying one’s knowledge to boost the sales.ReferencesWarhurst, C. (2004). The skills that matter.
