The trend has its benefits as a large amount of money comes to the team with such hiring. However, the team in turn also has to spend tremendously on such stars. The research is conducted on the management and employees of the EPL to understand the true benefits of such hiring and whether it is beneficial for the national team in the long run. According to Blythe, (2010), today EPL has a large number of international players playing for its different teams.
