I personally think that all the problems in such seemingly non-math fields as economics, marketing, education, philosophy, social sciences etc. occurs because of the lack of math analysis implementing in them. I totally agree with Edward Frenkel, who claims that all the fails of the financial markets root into the inaccurate use of math models. Read his book Love and Math, it’s mind blowing.
Since now all the things get technologized, and we are becoming more and more engage and depend on the technologies, I believe that algorithmic thinking will be the highest demand in the nearest future.
