In this context, the current paper tries to identify the UK government's IT initiative for online vehicle registration services to understand the level of activities and organization of Information structure. The paper tries to analyze the uniqueness of technology adoption of the e-services of the website program among other country or local IT initiatives.
Organizations need effective means of sharing and retrieving of data to make tactical and strategic decisions.
