Art Works Analysis Conservatory Conservatory is an art by Erin Cherry. As the artist describes, this art depicts the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers. Through this art, Cherry tries to explore the beauty of mundane things. Admittedly, this is not a recondite art that gives room for further interpretation. In most of these arts, a color combination of green and red is used. Some others have majorly used the green color to draw the beauty of the nature. All the Conservatory arts depict a young girl who enjoys beauty of flowers and landscapes.

The flower garden is set to be the background of her works. The arts provide viewers with a pleasant feeling because the work features the calm expression of the nature. Goel has used combination of some bright colors to indicate the lavishness of modern eating concerns. Modern lifestyle practices, eating disorders, and human health are the central themes of this art work. Evidently, the technique used for the creation of this work is a little complex one. 3. Hostile WorldHostile World is an artistic work by Krstiyn Janae Solie.

It is a drawing of armor. The armor is black in color and has long sharp metal projections. As the artist says, this drawing is a representation of defense mechanisms. Obviously, it surpasses the mere concept of physical defense. The glossy black color gives significant effect to the image. And the projections symbolize one’s intrinsic mood of aversion or the unpleasant inner state that people seek to avoid. From Freudian perspective, this defensive mechanism shields one’s ego from the conflicts created by the id, superego and reality.

However, as the image indicates, the overuse of defensive mechanism can hurt oneself and others. Coping with real life problems is more effective than stressfully distorting them.
