From this paper it is clear that the scholars note that the flourish of the literature tradition of that time was determined by the purely new lifestyle and appearance of the newest outlooks. One of the topics which could be regarded as innovative was the topic of love and romance and rivalry. This paper is aimed at regarding the key details of the plot of Sir Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur, where the two triangles pointed with love, on the one hand, and with the suppression of two characters, Arthur and Mark, on the other hand; furthermore, it is important to observe how this world literature masterpiece made a contribution to the development of the romance genre in the Medieval Ages Era.

This discussion declares that the Book XXI of the Le Morte d'Arthur depicts the way people used to live those times. The author says that “when they were at the water side, even fast by the bank hoved a little barge with many fair ladies in it, and among them all was a queen, and all they had black hoods, and all they wept and shrieked when they saw King Arthur”. This shows the way women were treated, and how this fact served as a birth point for the romance in the Medieval Era. Men used to love women to a great extent, and women had to, figuratively saying, warship to men, especially, in cases if the men were noble and of upper class.

The events which then take place show that the constant rivalry between Arthur and Mark is nothing else, but a paradox: they have very similar destinies, they have very similar wins and loses.
