Age is one of the common hindrances towards the activities related to exercise. All kinds of extra workload have made every instance go impossible for exercise. People who are engaged in travelling cannot have regular exercises. Busy hectic schedule forces the massive part of the population in making a choice between their daily routine and exercises Economic factors The means for exercises needs lots of things and they are usually not affordable. Proper track suits and shoes too are very costly and are beyond the budget of most of the people. The ordinary ones never last long and are no way cosy to be used daily. Joining a gym and do circuit training are too costly to be maintained by most of the people. The service holders in particular cannot afford these expensive equipments for better outcomes. Those people who love cycling too need to pay a lot to get a good cycle. The accessories like helmet and other safety stuff are equally very expensive. As most parents prefer their children to have some sports, they too need to spend a lot and that exhaust most of the money. The fees and the equipments are so costly that it because impossible to save some for them. Barriers related to Environmental The cold climate outdoors is one such barrier that prohibits some people to go for outdoor exercise. The winters are dark and cold and in summer it’s too hot. Many people thus cannot maintain to be a part of the daily routine for exercises. Above all these barriers the most common and the average query shows that people are not inclined to have regular physical activities as they lack time and motivation. Lack of self-confidence is one such barrier that too needs proper speculation. There are many people who are not much confident with the acts related to physical activities. Exercising in public is again not an easy thing or some. As for others the cost factor is something that they cannot cope up with. All kinds of strategies adopted for the purpose of making exercises a part of daily routine would need these selected strategies. These are the means to encourage physical activity amongst most of the people of the population. INITIATIVES OF AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT The current initiatives undertaken by the Australian Government is unable to meet the criteria. There are lots many changes needed to have effective results and outcomes. The response towards Physical Aerobic Exercise is very important. It is also very necessary to have proper strategical formulations for a better improvement. Keeping the global movement in mind, it becomes very important to have some major initiatives taken towards the encouragement strategies for physical activity. Armstrong T, Bauman A, Davies J. (2000) puts forward the two basic initiatives are the launch of the Active Australia Campaign that is a national participation framework that has been aimed to get all Australians involved in physical activity. The second such initiative is towards the establishment of the NSW Physical Activity Taskforce. The purpose of it is towards the promotion of physical activity in NSW from 1997-2002. The government has also made a special communication by the Chief Health Officer of NSW in October 1995. This was for the participation of all adult in New South Wales for a span of 30 minutes or more of moderate-intensity physical activity (Burton, L. J. 2002). The days scheduled for the purpose are preferably all days of the week. These are all worth appreciation, but the failures in the application of these activities are all due to the lack of motivation and personal participation. The government must have some well knitted professionals for the purpose. The motive is to have the increase in the rise of the zeal to participate. Everybody will be able to manage out time if the participation is done with more customised and personal initiation. There is no doubt that the Government has come up with many programs and networks for the development to be considered under the Active Australian structure. The formation of National and State-based coalitions is such an example. Other organisation like National Public Health Partnership and the Strategic Inter-Governmental forum on Physical Activity and Health (SIGPAH) are some of the major steps forwarded by the Government. However the effects are yet not visible. The problem lies in terms of executions. Boustany, Dr J. (1999), are of the idea that all these social works are done as per their own formulations. There is no major attempt made towards the approaches made on massive structure. The efforts must be on the basis of personal periphery. The general practice needs to be a part of schools, local government and the transport sectors. There is also the need for proper communal initiation that has got the dominance over the accumulated participation of each individual. Medical attention and the communal participation must have proper strategical adaptation. Awareness through media has to be exclusive and people must be given enough space to generate the difference between the gender discrimination (Garrett, R. & Wrench, A. 2005). The gyms need to be friendlier and thus the selection of the instructors should be done with proper professional grounding. Physical inactivity is being the key health issue in Australia needs the extra mile for the collection and adoption of a specified routine among the citizens. There must be proper instructors and initiators for the maintenance of good health in the state. There is also the need of the provision for demarcated parts that must aim for the comprehensive understanding of the need of physical activities in the daily routine. All kinds of valuable information and participation that provides ideas and plans should be made enable for physical activity stakeholders in order to guide better practice among the citizens. The purpose can well be achieved by the engagement of proper potential partners and advance the physical activity agenda. Eventually the government must legally speculate the matter and must make the physical activity a part of the daily schedule of day to day routine. Whether it is the office or the school, enough space and equipments must be made a part of the whole routine. People who are already into the task of bringing good job for the company must also be given enough opportunity to take care of himself. The participation of government in this field is very important and thus they must work towards the compulsory application of the physical activities in the workplace. The social awareness will get stronger only if the participation is made compulsory in the official premises. Conclusion Thus it has been well speculated the Australian population seriously need some best of the social initiations and thus they must be backed by the government. No matter what the participation led by the public must be active for physical exercises and that is only possible when the facilities are all made available in the workplace. There also needs to be proper schedule and compulsory orders for the execution of the same. The public in general needs to be made aware and compulsory participation has to be there. As a good health can only contribute to social economy and better formation of social capital the participation of the government is mandatory. The most important thing lays in the execution of al the legal authorisation. This needs the participation of active members and professional instructors in the same proceeding. The disease must be minimised through proper medical facilities and compulsory check ups. All the officials must make a proper participation and thus it is very necessary to keep better supervisor for the same. Under the act of supervision initially people will be forced for physical activities, however gradually it will get into their habit and thus the benefits will get counted well. Initially all kinds of motivations must be made compulsory and as people will get used to it they will automatically manage with everything to perform regular physical activities in their daily lives.
