Facebook as a teaching tool

They enjoyed reading new stories via emails . Thus as a result, they started viewing reading as an enjoyable activity. Similarly, Freire (1998), says, “I've no doubt about the enormous potential for technology to motivate and challenge children and adolescents of the less-favored social classes.” (82)  Further, technology must provide an opportunity to share and display students’ work not only for teacher but also for their class fellows Strong, Silver and Robinson (1995) suggest that when students are provided opportunity to share their new learning with their class fellows, they have more energy and motivation to do the tasks.
