Among the Asians to the West Islam is the most dominant religion and thus bound by Islamic values. The family is the basic unit of organization. Religion takes prominence on our people’s values and traditions (Ezinearticles, 1). There’s a common language that serves to identify members of the community and serves as a form of social tie as well. There is a recommended dress code that is in most cases religiously determined. I always ensure that I complete whatever task that has been assigned to me irrespective of the time frame. This is evident by the fact that I work best under positive pressure. My main weakness is that I am too quiet. Many people mistake me to be an introvert. With time, I have learnt to turn this weakness around. I know I do not talk too much so I take my time to listen to other people’s problem. I have since developed in to being a good listener.
