Sur April 2, Stereotyping Introduction: The study reflects on the benefits of having a national stereotyping dayproviding information on it and discussing how to overcome it.Overcoming Stereotyping:Stereotyping reflects judging people based on prior assumptions and forgetting the fact that every human being is uniquely different from one another (Gerber & Plessis, 50). A national day on this issue would enable individuals and young people to realize that judging people without learning about their actual attributed might prove to be harmful.

Instead, it would be better to mix with people, give them the proper time to analyze their true characters that would stop stereotyping and overcoming its negative impacts like wrongly judging people.Conclusion:A national day dedicated to the cause of overcoming stereotype can thus be expected to have positive influences on the human behavior and their nature of judging people around them such that people are not analyzed wrongly based on stereotypes.
