I have learnt that having prolonged wait time on queues at Starbucks does not go well with customers. Starbucks experiences stiff competition from other beverage providers and, therefore, must provide the best of services to its customers as failure to which would provide an advantage to the customers including minimizing the wait time on the queues.
I have found out that there are ways through which the wait time could be minimized. These include increasing the number of servers to serve the customers in queues and increasing the numbers of lines for which to customers need to queue.
