RECOMMENDATION REPORT MEMO After reviewing all of his s offered at all levels of the program, the program of study needs revision. One of the existing classes needs to be eliminated and replaced by a new category. The program coordinator needs to address the following problems with the type that needs to be; · the class is too boring since it does not have practical’s that can improve the skills of the students in a particular field.· The course offered in the class is not examined at the end of the semester as a result to some extent it is time wastage.

· Most of the time the class is as a free time for students since there is no specific teacher who is responsible for the class (Lee, 2003, p.47).Solutions to the problem The recommendation will fix the problem if the program coordinator takes mentioned issues seriously. If they are seriously, time wasted could be recovered, and no other time will be lost again. The recommendation will also ensure that students acquire both knowledge and skills through the practical’s. It will also help the institution of learning to lower costs as it pays a teacher who does not attend the class (Lee, 2003, p.47).Drawbacks with the recommendation The proposal might cost the job f the teacher assigned to be responsible for the class since according to the students, there is no specific teacher for the class.
