Precautionary and scientific testing measures at national and global levels need to be taken regularly, nevertheless, to ensure that global commons are secure. Global organizations need to indulge with increased seriousness of purpose to devise ways that help in ensuring that our oceans are managed with due diligence so that excessive fishing, pollution and other harmful human interference do not recurrently cause the tragedy of commons.
