20 hotels were selected at random; thereafter the managers were contacted to avail list of at least six employees from the hotel who could participate in the study. This was done through convenience sampling since the researcher relied on referrals from the management of the hotel.

2) 6 employees from each hotel were selected through the convenience method.
3) A total of 120 respondents from the 20 hotels.
