Such participations allow for the improvement of the knowledge associated with the prospective impressions of offering a higher hand in the job market. Personality is also comprised of these strengths. Additional attributes may be achieved from the synergy of creativity and critical thinking. Weaknesses Weaknesses orient around personality and behaviour. Various aspects of such weaknesses include the concern of expression. Further concerns under weaknesses include adaptability to different regions due to the limitations in the critical aspect of interaction. Language remains among such aspects of communication. Additional concerns about weaknesses include some aspects of temper fluctuations. Some people tend to lose control of my temper upon exposure to increased amounts of pressure. Such may eventuate into being inconvenient to their ability to take instructions. Some persons consider the failure of exercising a sense of keenness to details as a weakness. Such persons tend to replicate a detail progressively in hope of achieving a perfect outcome. Such interests are in some incidents expensive to accommodate due to the extensive time consumption under association. Additionally, they fail to auger well with some persons, which might be their superiors or colleagues. Threats The current economic struggle remains the elemental source of threat to the personal endeavours of various persons.Some people tend to aspire to invest on a personal business ambition, but the challenge of the unpredictable economy remains critical in the shaping of the possibility of the success of such an endeavour. Additional concerns that threaten such prospective capacity of building a meaningful career include the raising concern of unemployment. Apparently, an employment opportunity remains an ideal aspect upon which and individual can gather some experience prior to the initiation of personal endeavours. However, the twists and dynamics in the job market remain regarded as unfavourable in respect to the realization of their desire to secure an employment opportunity. Reflective statement I commenced my journey as an accountant with little perceptions of the depths that entails its description but an increased reflection of inspirations from my immediate environment. I happen to reside in a neighbourhood that had an accounting firm within its outskirts. Apparently, the institution was among the prestige premises of the region and progressive seminars on the various attributes that involve the management of income and record keeping. As a measure of appreciating the harmonious interaction shared between the firm and the community, the firm introduced the first library in the neighbourhood. I managed to secure my first non-school based subscription to the facilities. The rich archives of information including mathematical accounting doctrines amazed my interests. My experience in the facility paved my eventual interest of becoming an accountant. My application for the grandaunt entry accountancy role seeks to highlight on these interests. I spent immense periods considering the respective concepts of business and the possible failures in record keeping that may lead to the fail of a considered venture. However, I am making progressive strides towards the address of the concern, with the involvement of the various internship opportunities. I am making further efforts on the improvement of my interaction with various persons in hope of learning from their experience. Allowing people to describe or engage in further discourse on various topics allows them an opportunity to brainstorm ideas. Such an observation allows for the graduating of my noble opinion into a weakness. If I aspire to achieve progress along the professional and career corridors, I will have to address this concern. Regarding the strengths that I consider elemental in the promotion of my career as an accountant includes the prospective gains I have registered along my academic pursuits. The progresses have allowed for the reflection of the extensive perspectives that define a possible professional interest as perceived by the accounting community. I have committed enormous amounts of time in the pursuit of my academic ambitions that are considered to argument my professional interests. Such promotes the interests into being a positive addition to my strengths as a promising accountant. I believe developing a synergy between the avenues of improving on my weaknesses, and the prospective strengths will add immensely to the realization of my professional interests. Such will also be elemental in the promotion of my additional pursuits of assisting my neighbourhood improve on its accounting skills. Dynamics of working in a team Team working remains best described as a platform for the exemplification of a collective contribution towards the eventual prospect of task accomplishment. It remains apparent that the eventual role of the involved players towards the overwhelm of the offered tasks is critical to the success of the team. Additional interests vested on teamworking include the prospect of having the knowledge shared among the involved members. Working in a team allows an opportunity to exemplify the unique contributions that are depicted by each person. Apparently, a team should embrace a collective input of opinions and ideas. In such a setting, the members are expected to offer their unique skills and knowledge to the entire team. The involved team stands to reap immerse benefits from the collective pool of skills associated with this model of setting. The development of a team needs to be oriented on the long term perspectives as compared to the limitation of the task at hand. However, a team stands to reap extreme benefits by focusing on the current event as the benchmark that will define their subsequent engagements.
