Yet we can see today that women are already in the military including in upscale military academies which used to ban women from entering. Women occupying CEO positions and high executive leadership are no longer an issue. In other countries such as the Philippines, women already held the highest position in the land in the person of Cory Aquino and Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

Recent studies about the effeminate character of women are also changing. While before research were suggesting that femininity is a weakness, it is now viewed as a positive trait especially with interpersonal skills where women's characteristic such as sensitivity is deemed desirable and an advantage. In fact, recent trends in the study about women are suggesting that women's characteristics polish the blunt and rash personalities of men and as such, to be learned to become a highly evolved male.

Research now suggests that women are also as competitive as men only that they compete with a certain finesse. The cautiousness of women is now deemed to be wise to think before deciding or doing. With how things are going, it even looks like the future might belong to women. Read More
