Reproductive Health/Sexuality Reproductive health and sexuality are very important aspects of life. They essentially influence personal growth and development in many and different ways. Personally, I am well informed about reproductive health and sexuality. They constitute the basis upon which I understand myself a person. Important to note is that sexuality enhances the understanding of my personality and character, and further influences my relations and interactions with other people. Reproductive health also allows me to monitor my overall wellbeing by checking all bodily variables that reflect the state of reproductive health.

In this respect, reproductive health and sexuality are matters that I am personally well aware of. I also understand how the two affect my general welfare. Information about reproductive health and sexuality is readily available. Personally, I have learnt about reproductive health and sexuality from many and different sources. Some of these sources include: magazines, newspaper articles, books, journals, news, internet, and one-on-one conversations with family, friends, and health practitioners.

Sources of information for reproductive health and sexuality are diverse and dynamic. The information available is massive, readily accessible, and suits individual needs and preferences in regard to obtaining the required information. Personally, I have used many sources that are highly informative. It is from these sources that I have gained my knowledge and information about reproductive health and sexuality. This is the reason why I feel that I have adequate information and knowledge about reproductive health and sexuality.

In other words, I understand what reproductive health and sexuality entails.
