The hospital prefers to plan and implement projects; however, it usually compares them with other potential options that it requires to establish appropriate plans and actions that it considered significant worth being applied. Notably, the table (Table 2) below indicates some areas that require vital recognition for the proper execution of the plan.AreasMeasuresLocationThe location describes the site where the new server or the new system is to be installed. The identified location must be designed properly and correctly so that it is safe at all times, and must have limited access.

Staffing Requirements To cope with the software, employees need to have the proper training to understand the concept of the software. Operational PoliciesAching the goals and objectives of the project require Proper and effective policies that would guide the staff on the requirement of rolling, improving, and marinating the project.

Social ImplicationsThe hospital must maintain a social relationship with society through increased motivation between patients and the system’s connotation as well as being apprehensive to the entire community it serves. Table 2: Project Implementation Plan The following basic technologies are essential requirements for running and maintaining systems within the hospital: A network that interconnects the different hospital departments, and departmental staff who are experienced in handling software scopes to ensure the proper running and performance of software, The computer systems must be updated regularly and with the latest software versions to ensure proper and efficient performance of the software, The program should incorporate a large central data depository to lodge and store all the information appropriately.9.0 Changing the Management Strategy: Organizations often change their management strategies, when this happens, the affected organizations must adapt to the new working environment.

Before initiating these changes, the management must ensure it has effective backup plans for the changes to evade challenges that might lead to the collapse of the entire organization. Moreover, the management needs to examine the magnitude of effects that the intended changes are likely to cause to the organization. Therefore, the organization needs to implement these changes gradually. For instance, implementation of new software requires adept communication with the hit hospital and effectively with all the departments to be affected by the plan.

Proper aims and objectives for the change must be communicated to the employees. The incongruence Points must be identified and plans for alignment made (Wenderoth, 2008). Finally, proper training should be offered to the employees who are to use the software needed. This must be done to ensure that they can operate these new systems effectively and efficiently. The training of the employees must follow an organized schedule as in Table 4 below. This ensures that a proper evaluation of the general effects of the installation of the software on the working environment of the hospital is determined. Such evaluations ensure that the software attained the intended organizational effectiveness thereby raising its standard. Therefore, the Progress in the attainment of these objectives should also be monitored. The Post Implementation Review (PIR) is an effective project evaluation plan that may be applied to this project evaluation.

The software evaluation process sets the project against a set of aims and objectives that are to be attained by software. The results obtained in this evaluation assist the organization in implementing corrective actions toward achieving the organization’s aims and objectives.
