Multiple Sclerosis and Stress Three Abbreviated Research Plan The aim of this paper is to study a single topic in three different dimensions. These three different dimensions are three different theories of qualitative, quantitative and mixed methodologies. In Three Abbreviated Research Plan, three methods are evaluated and compared as an objective of validating a holistic theory based on the variables and nature of hypotheses. This approach is aimed to mainly focus the population having Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in order to reinforce the investigative theories. These theories are primarily composed in response to Community Action for Health Promotion which adds value to support the viable online educational systems especially for Multiple Sclerosis population. It has been observed that there is a linkage between Multiple Sclerosis and stress. Multiple Sclerosis is a disease which directly affects the spinal cord and brain. It has symptoms like muscular weakness, depression, memory loss and fatigue. Stress is also the major contributor behind the birth of this disease. Severe level of stress can cause depression and therefore, it may lead to the development of Multiple Sclerosis. The research aims to validate the linkage of Multiple Sclerosis and stress by National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s (NMSS). It will better allocate the present funding loans which strengthen the training and Multiple Sclerosis leadership methodologies of NMSS. This association will help to control and improve the level of stress by providing better awareness and educating people who are suffering from Multiple Sclerosis. The research portion of this paper “Three Abbreviated Research Plan” shows the soundness of house workshop and theories of Multiple Sclerosis. These theories will be investigated and examined as an initiative in order to support the platform of developing cognitive growth of caretakers and Multiple Sclerosis patients. For instance, the availability or lack of training and development of leadership for MS population versus a virtual online training and development framework will yield better results for MS population at all levels. This research is supported and facilitated by a consultancy firm named as Quality Health Careusa (QHC). This firm is a part of the Stone Industries Group. It helps in directing the research plan and tools which will support the QUAN, QUAL and their respective hypotheses. Moreover, a six sigma approach is also integrated to validate the success of MS population through the learning environment of online lectures. QHC is a non profit firm which has expertise in leadership development and cross cultural relations as well as the Community Education for Change. The mission of QHC is to support team leadership, promote community and provide MS awareness. Its vision is to design and assess ways to successfully implement the strategies for development and foster values for cultural changes, community and workforce planning. Virtual lecture series offered by QHC include: Leadership assessment and skills, customer service, ethics and team building Donor retention, special events, organizational branding and revenue growth Organizational development and training, non-profit management, workforce planning, culture and core values, strategic planning. Personal values, counselling, relationship and behavioural modelling, caretakers Disaster planning, community health care plan, health promotion The domains of QHC initiative is to identify whether the research methodologies support the holistic theories or not. They also intend to support the community action for change, online education to improve skills for coping with Multiple Sclerosis, donor partnerships and leadership facilitation. It also supports the value of online education system for leadership development and enhances training access for millions of sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis. Introduction This paper intends to study the Three Abbreviated Research Plan by supporting QUAN, QUAL and mixed methodologies for promotion of online education theory for coping with Multiple Sclerosis by reducing the level of stress. It addresses the concerns of those people who are encumbering with Multiple Sclerosis disease which not only impacts their health but also impacts them financially. Health Promotion and Education and Leadership and Community Action targets the demographics of Arizona at first. This is because the Multiple Sclerosis disease affects everyone in a different manner. MS life lines support the fact that the symptoms of MS disease vary from person to person. It influences around 85% of population of a specific category. Population suffering from MS pain goes through a severe pain along with stress, depression and also experience those acute periods from which they cannot escape. For this reason, Community Action is required for Education and Health Promotion. It helps to address community training and development in better ways. (MSlifeline.com) Abbreviated Quantitative Research Plan Purpose Statement In quantitative research plan, Deductive Quantitative theories will be utilized. The concept of Deductive Quantitative theory is to do a comparison of independent variable with dependent variable. Health issues have become a significant concern in United States nowadays. According to Walden (2011, p.2), “There are significant proportion of populations at the community level having limited or no health insurance which prevent MS consumers from receiving adequate health care and services, medication, and use preventative measures such as, training and development for MS coping skills”. Study under QUAN also investigates the independent variables in validating management tools like six sigma theory. It also determines the major drivers behind the results also known as predictor variables. The dependent variable is defined as that variable which is impacted by behaviour of the independent variable. In this case, the dependent variable is result of Leadership and Community Action for Health Promotion resulting from the platform of online education. Here, the online education is titled as virtual lecture series along with the onsite training. These trainings offer limited access due to the geographical limitations and boundaries for each MS participant. The intervening variables are defined as those variables which bridge between dependent and independent variable. For example, if population of Arizona having MS and their family members do well in research tests methods, which are the online training and development modules, then there are chances from the predictor variable, that is, organization of community to provide a more comprehensive approach to training and development. Questions and Hypotheses The hypotheses and questions will direct the interactive effects of threats to validity. The questions to consider will be: If people living in Arizona having MS disease participate in the online education framework of training and development for coping skills, will there be any improvement in their style of education and their health environment? Moreover, will the theory and validity cultivate the temporal primacy? Based on quantitative design and methodology, does the variable have cause-effect relationship between each other? Or do they have correlation relationship? Or do they have uni directional or bi directional causal relationship? Why community action is required for education and health promotion to address better ways of coping skills for both families and caretakers? Research Plan The purpose of Quantitative Research Plan is to establish hypotheses based on numeric data. In this case, quantitative research provides with the validity that population suffering from MS have concerns not only for health but also for financials, relationships, preventive care opportunities and coping skills. Abbreviated Qualitative Research Plan Purpose Statement This study encompasses the experimental view to examine the qualitative theories among the MS participants situated at the Arizona Chapter. These examiner theories cover the articles studied by Clark (2000) and Creswell (2009). Article presented by Clark (2000) emphasizes on qualitative methodology theory and the related procedures including recording and interpreting the reliability and validity of the research instrument of a population. Similarly, Creswell (2009) highlights inquiry as one of the data collection methods through open-ended interviews in order to measure the pre and post behavioural traits relating to the particular participants of MS as the subject of question. Phenomenology theories are used to support the experiences with which the MS participants go through, and these phenomenology based theories are then supported by the qualitative theories. Inquiry is considered as a better ground theory in terms of its uniqueness because it generally supports the examiner in understanding the normal process, actions and the interactions among the sample of the MS participants in question. Due to this inquiry procedure, a better follow-up can be determined in respect of the appropriateness of the online training and development to be required for caretakers treating the MS participants. The article of Stone (2011) also focuses on to prove the phenomenon that qualitative theories do support the reliability and accuracy of the intended course of action across various educational procedures. Variable Question Will the specificity of online training and development improve the skills of caretakers and the closing people of the MS participants, on the basis of both the ground theory and the phenomenology theory with the appropriateness of the qualitative research method applied at different levels including local, state, worksite, national level etc in respect of cost, awareness, access and the surrounding quality? Research Plan  QHC started off deigning the online theories on the basis of phenomenology theories and crafted an idea exactly showing the mirror image of the existing online education framework. Similarly, the ground theory is also considered to be included in the research plan because of its utmost importance in validating the reliability and the accuracy of the data so that the general process, action and interaction can be supported by the examiner by using the online educational idea. Moreover, this training and development module is designed by Quality Health Careusa (QHC) in order to improve the skills required for the caretakers and the closing people of the MS participants. The examiner also intents to highlight the importance of the online development as why it is necessary for the community people to change and promote the leadership strategies. The examiner also asserts that this module can become helpful in improving the skills required by the caretakers and the closing people to cope up with MS participants. Another important area is also highlighted by the examiner as why there is a need to access all of the Arizonians despite facing difficulties due to the geographical nature of the of MS participants. It is important to note that the leadership appropriateness and educational effectiveness are of vital importance in highlighting MS awareness at local, national and international levels. Abbreviated Mixed Methods Research Plan Purpose Statement  The purpose of this mixed methodology of research is to evaluate the effectiveness of using the online training and development module in order to enhance the skills of caretakers and the closing people near to MS participants whether they are capable enough to treat the MS patients. The study outlines both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Quantitative methodology is applied in such a manner that it could find out the impact of independent variable on the dependent variable. Simultaneously, qualitative technique is also applied in this study comprising of interviews and questions from both the MS participants and their caretakers. The intent behind using both these approaches simultaneously is to analyze the patterns between the variables containing the numeric data and the rationale for those patterns based on the qualitative data. Viable Research Questions For the mixed method, there are three variable questions in which the first questions outline the basic question whether the online training and development program improve the skills of caretakers in their treatment to MS participants. The next question interrogates the effectiveness of that online training and development module to the caretakers and the MS participants. The last question inquires about the relationship between the variables and assesses different patterns among those variables. 1. Will the specificity of online training and development improve the skills of caretakers and the closing people of the MS participants, on the basis of both the ground theory and the phenomenology theory with the appropriateness of the mixed research method applied at different levels including local, state, worksite, national level etc in respect of cost, awareness, access and the surrounding quality? 2. In the environment where the online training and development module is implemented at Arizona chapter, is there any sort of improvement in the skills and capabilities of the caretakers after the implementation of this new way of education (Stone, 2011)? 3. Will the vague consequential precedence be promoted by the threats pertaining to the theory of internal validity? And on the basis of the design survey, identify which variables cause which variables and what is the relationship between these variables in respect of correlation and dependence regarding the online training and development module. Research Plan Qualitative Research Plan has specific deficiencies in respect to quantitative theories. From previous studies, we will mostly fine qualitative research about why investigators promote the environment of online education system. To bridge the gap between these two theories, mixed methodologies have been introduced. Mix method plans intend to balance both the qualitative and quantitative methodologies for instance, tracking unexpected or unique events, interpretation of events, illuminating the observations and experiences or highlighting those views which have not yet been heard. Furthermore, it is essential to consider the geographic barriers while conducting the exploration and developing and testing hypotheses and at least, providing logical explanations. In order to compare these three research methods and identifying the strengths and weaknesses, QUAN, QUAL and mixed methodologies consist of purpose statement, questions and hypotheses and research plan which is based upon the research work. The research questions and hypotheses assist the investigator in supporting and strengthening these concepts. At the same time, each of these methods has their own limitations and strengths. A comparison analysis suggests that the strongest of all these methodologies is Mixed Methodology because it validates the data in both quantitative and qualitative form. References Allen, R.
