I have been just going from point A to point B without thinking or planning on how or what it is that I need to do to successfully get there. I forget to take proper care of myself as a result of this. The behavior change I would make is to make time for me to be able to get my life back under control. With my medical problems I need to be able to get a schedule set and follow it. To be able to remember to take my medications and work out so I can improve my medical conditions. I need to set and follow a schedule no matter what my state on mindset is at the time.

I need to have the upper hand on my depression and not let it have the upper hand on me. I need to tell myself to do it regardless of where my mental self is. Whither it is to stay away from the bedroom so as to not climb into bed and sleep or to go for a bike ride not matter how tired I am. It needs to be done. For me, a successful change is having a schedule of when I take my medications and work out no matter what the activity maybe, to do this continuously no matter what the day is like. I need to have alternative schedules for days that my job or school provides conflict to primary schedule to allow for changes.

I am a helper when it comes to others as well as leader. I don’t want to look at myself and use these tools for myself but rather use them for others. I cannot look at anyone thing and be able to identify the one key target because there are so many under lying issues that have created the big problem. I have gone to doctors who say that they want to work on one issue at a time but once I leave their office I find myself alone without the help that I so desperately have been seeking. When it comes to my drive to address and fix these issues I know.

The intention of this study is management on behavioral changed as a way to effectively achieve the necessary social behavior. This can be approached using different theories in Public Health which can be classified as inter-and intrapersonal models. In line with this, Human Belief Model and the Transtheoritical Model, Social Cognitive Model and Stress and Social Support Theory are used respectively. Time management depression is the intended behavior change throughout the analysis of each model.

Changing one’s behavior is not easy. There are various things or factors to be considered. Aside from this, a necessary learning is required. The different constructs of the Health Belief Model are described and applied to the chosen behavior. The proponent also describes the Theory of Planned Behavior for the chosen behavior. Transtheoretical model and its stages and processes are included in the description for the chosen behavior. Social cognitive theory is included and finally the proponent describes the relationship between stress and social support.

Changing a specific behavior is not an easy task. It requires more meaningful understanding of one’s capabilities. This can be done through different perspectives in looking at human behavior. As complex as it is, human behavior has become common subject in psychology and other related fields. As a result, various human behavior models and theories were generated.
