Having said this, it can be noted that there are several people who are engaged in lifestyles that promote the spread of AIDS. Most of these people are sexually active young people whose social behavior at times leads them to having unprotected sex. Statistics have even shown that the socio-economic factor of poverty also leads to a lot of young people especially in sub-Saharan Africa engaging in prostitution – An activity that has the potential of spreading AIDS.
