? IT Project management IT Project management The development of information systems and technology has brought out someproblems. The problems occur due to issues like the overall referral, and evaluation and also failure of acceptable use of information technology. This develops problems on various issues such as the organization culture, social scientific principles, and business transformation principles. A growing research degree involves current forms of electronic data systems which aim at presentation of a logical development and service delivery. The problems that develop through this acknowledges more in regard to the protection of children. Various technological innovation approaches help us understand the existing interactions between the information systems, and those people in operating them. The purpose of understanding these interactions is to show how the various approaches contribute to an evidence base, and future development of the information systems. This will enable users to enhance their abilities, and also in discovering their needs. The increased approaches to growth in management of the risks accrued to children are apparent in the western societies. The attempts to enhance safety, through formalizing organizational methods and implementation of the information systems, may incorporate opposing views. The analysis of the failings in organization settings should aim in the prevailing information system weaknesses that increase the probability of the risk of failing. Citing a report finding from a two year ESRC funded study involving ethnography, and looking at the local adaptations of practice from the performance context of the front door modernization, we give attention to the short cuts that the recent configuration tends to apply, using the increasingly audit needs, and timescales. Better and new methods of governance can elaborately work as an efficient player in terms of managing the failings. However, the design of a better system requires to be incorporated with the requirements of the practitioners who have a wide understanding of their working environments. The state can develop a much broader view of concern about how the risk constitutes to children and function the people equipped with knowledge should do in relation to this. This means the governance aims in safeguarding rather than child protection. Social technical systems show how organization development develops work design that recognizes the relationship that exists between technology, and people in their places of work. It shows the interaction between a man’s behavior and the complex infrastructures. It focuses on the methodology and related skills. Social technical is a source of optimization which shares emphasis on obtaining an excellent technical performance. They show the relationship of the social technical design principles and their essentiality. They also focus on managing information systems in terms of effectiveness, management, and also in business ways. It shows the importance of the general management in designing and processing information systems, and hence achieving a successful design and promoting the innovations hence meeting the organization objectives. The technologies develop within the social world and experts in the information technology experts. A relevant principle of the social technical interaction is within the philosophical values and premises. A significant section of this developed and efficient teamwork process is participation. Participation involves co-ordination of the process that exists between experts and people. The existing interaction of the two parties involved leads to an innovation of an effective organization design. In the process of participation, all the parties involved should be considered and respected. This is because they all have a contribution to the improvement and to the success of the project. Another part is design of the social technical and is inseparable from its result. The design process further divides into constrain free, and compatibility designs. If the design is constructive participative process, the team considers individual’s creativity for a successful project. It is relevant in that it is flexible and faster in response to the requirements and assignments and allows a faster response to changes by reassigning the different tasks. Another principle involved is continuity. This enhances the whole project success. It is efficient in that no design process is complete without full work structure, participation, and innovation. Continuance principle deeply involves experimentation and learning. The cooperation between information systems experts and the social technical principles play a critical role during the process of designing, and also in managing the business environment. However, the rapid changes in the business world, and also the emergence of the new markets is a challenge in managing and co-ordination of the business operations in an efficient manner. Global information systems purpose include financial transactions, for coordinating operations, and in logistics and customer care hence enabling development and expansions worldwide. However, some of these roles pass through the interaction of information systems and the social aspects. This is because the information systems need to be adjusted with time, and with different jobs. Therefore, managers should involve the concept of social technical, and hence help in implementing a strong interaction between technical aspects and other departments. There may also be remarkably different problems of personal associations. Social technical approach recommends the participation of all people including the low level groups in the process of making decisions. Risk is most challenging in most companies, and hence they try to reduce the probability of any form of loss. Social development also involves the human aspects, which looks to changing the relationship between the authority, and its citizens by creating a participatory society. This helps in moving power from the authority and establishes organization to the civic groups hence giving citizens a bigger say. Organizations need information systems to enhance data flow across the whole organization, cost implementation of the information system success. Information systems are hard to implement even to the western organizations because of an underestimated requirement for management changing, and which develops in modernizing the various services. With reference to organizational and critical theory, information systems interpret contribution to theory and practical. Theoretical contribution looks for emotion to be conceptualized so as to examine working practices. This examination organizational and cultural concept brings out themes that explain the variables to give detailed guidance the organization. Culture can be seen as the basis for organization. Culture can be viewed as a trend that into an organization through the members of that organization. Comparative management as a study identifies the differences and similarities among different cultures and draws implications for the effectiveness of the organization. There is also corporate culture that views culture as an organizational variable within the organization. Here, culture is a production of organization; these include the rituals brought by these cultural aspects of the organization. This is what that determines cases of commitment and performance in the organization. An efficient organizational culture brings about an increased performance as there is understanding between the members of the organization. Perception of these genetic differences emerges with relation to how people relates with each other, and awareness of the existing differences. There is the cognitive perspective of the culture; culture is the incorporation of learned codes for acting and perceiving. It is in peoples’ minds of the culture bearer and shares them by the other members of the organization. This helps in gaining the understanding the various concepts in others culture. There is a range of relationships between information systems and culture in different organizations, and much of these analysis aims at satisfying organization levels. Insufficient relationship between culture and information systems leads to unfitness between the organization and culture. Organization culture incorporates different research in public. The organization culture comes from different themes around the world with an aim of combining them so as to meet the goals of the organization. Organization culture research also reflects the technical, practical and acknowledges interests that reflect on the ultimate culture embraced by the organization. The organization culture if embraced efficiently can increase unity among members of the organization, which will in turn be efficient in production. Information systems significantly affect business activities. An introduction of an appropriate information system leads to an improvement of a business performance. The information systems employed help in enhancing the productivity of the organization. However, there is a cost that goes with the installation of these information systems in an organization, in terms of cost of installation, and running, and in terms of embracing the human labor required to run these systems. An information system involves measuring the financial needs of the business such as quantifying the tangible benefits and costs measuring financial data accurately and precisely. It also measure the cost in operation, facilitates software engineering, aligning of the information systems with the business strategy, in management of risks, and determining the level of technology. The problem with this, is the limitation of the software engineering costs, some of the benefits are unaddressed, does not address fundamental economics, and relation to the information technology investments is not well recorded. Information systems therefore, are economical and uneconomical. However, the economic benefits exceed the costs accrued to them. Though the cost, of managing is relevantly higher, the benefits obtained from them are significant as the speed of operations in the organization increases. There is efficiency in terms of reduced cost in running the business as the number of workers reduces. This leads have a negative effect to the social community at large, as the cases of unemployment will increase. This will have greater consequence to their states hence bringing increased issues of insecurity. However, this does not mean that retrenching people will lead to a decrease in a country’s productivity because the increased productivity of the organization will lead to an increase in productivity of a country. Therefore, introduction of information systems in an organization will depend on how one will view them, but the benefits outlays the costs of it. An organization that does not have a proper information system will have the risks of business failure due to unexpected triggers in the market. There will be no connection between the activities carried out and the results derived from those activities. Prescription of the risks that arise from the different system used should be put into account as they determine the future of the organization. Though different organizations may use same market dynamics, they of the growth of the business would be determined by the strategies employed. An appropriate determinant of an organization development is the ability of the organization to utilize the systems in place efficiently. In conclusion, the relationship on information systems and the manpower that operates them depends on a variety of factors as discussed. People have different views on the emergence of innovations in information systems. However, systems have their own problems they are worth to be put into place. With increased innovations in the information technology globally will create a more efficient world. Reference Broadhurst, K., Wastell, D., White, S., Hall, C., Peckover, S., Thompson, K., et al.
