Such an activity draws together people from different regions and countries, bringing them into one common place; where the diversity of each participant and audience is experienced. The coming together of communities into a common operation of events that are of global characteristic is the essence of globalization. What this means is that a number of countries in that context have shared information, knowledge and skills to the way of getting things done.
