Answer to the Discussion Point: This is a common problem in any workplace that only a few people have the power or right to speak in organizational matters and the majority of people just do what they are asked to do. In my circle of influence, I would eliminate this problem by creating a fully interactive environment at the workplace where every employee should have the right to put his/her concerns in place regarding any organizational policy or matters. I would encourage all employees to come up with their unique and innovative ideas.

I would create an environment of enhanced employee interaction and innovation where every employee would be given the chance to put in front his/her views and ideas regarding any organizational matter. I think treating every employee equally and respectfully is the best way to overcome this issue.The characteristics of a leader who knows how to attract, position, develop, and reward talent include employee centered, caring, and thoughtful approach to work. I think a leader with these three qualities is the best leader and a good manager because only that person can become a successful leader who has the ability to judge the hidden qualities of his/her employees on which he/she can work to make them a useful and productive part of the company.
