This article highlights the importance of organizational change and organizations go about in bringing this necessary change. This article highlights the fact that employees on an individual basis are ready to change but when organization try to themselves on the whole it encounters huge problems which calls for measures to ensure that change is implemented successfully. In this evolving phase it has become imperative for organizations to change the manner in which business is conducted for their well being. This article presents the view that organizations are not reedy to change. They find it as an obstacle and research carried out has looked into change from individual employees’ perspective but very few have looked into the broader horizon by including organizations into it. This article says that for change to be implemented in an organization it has to under go some basic transformation. This will make the system effective and ensure that work is specific. To bring about this change it is essential that organizations bring change by making a change in the commitment level and the belief to do so make the efficacy work well for the organization. The change in organization according to the article lies on three main factors which are the change in task demand, the availability of resources and the factors which govern those situations. These changes make the organization to influence the behavior and bring about the necessary change to ensure efficient implementation of the new system. The article lays emphasis on the point that to make the necessary changes employees need to understand that it needs to be a collective effort. It calls that employees need to recognize the importance of change and then wok to ensure that the physiological effect and the strategies are rafted which helps to establish those. The article has stated that organization looking for a change has to come from all departments and levels where the individual and group all want those change and work in that direction so that it can be achieved. This calls for a relationship between the entire variable so that effective transformation takes place and employees and others associated are willing to accept it. It is also seen that change from the physiological angle refers to changes in the financial, material, human and information resource so that this change will have a positive bearing in the minds of the employees and are able to deliver services that will help them to see that the results it will deliver will help them to shape their future thereby creating a positive impact. The article also highlights that organization readiness for change depends upon change valence and change efficacy and contextual factors. It is stated that change valence is the change in mindset of employees. When they encounter that changes help to improve their well being and bringing the necessary change will help the organization to ensure the well being of the employee then they will be ready to change. This will have a bearing on the employees morale as they will understand that change is needed to improve and is a urgent measure and this will have an impact on their outlook and will help to improve their growth prospect. Thus, there are several reasons which an employee encounters and this acceptability happens when the employee feels that it will bring positivity. Change readiness also gets affected due to the improved efficacy in using the resources like human, finance and information. This efficacy helps to meet the task demands and brings about a rapid transformation. This helps the organization and employee to improve their personal domain and act in the interest which will best suit each. The other factor which accepts readiness for change is the contextual factors which states that change will help to bring in innovation. It will help to improve the risk taking status and strategies implemented on the basis of it will be sounder. These factors are encountered daily and seeing the scope and growth these factors poses organizations look for change. This article also looks to integrate the structural and physiological views by showing the benefits the change will bring in for the organization as it will help to shape the way a task is performed and will help to craft strategies based on it. This will go a long way in shaping the way people visualize things and this change in the psychological aspect will have a long term bearing resulting in taking decisions which help to shape those. This articles thus presents the readiness on the part of the theories and research and the readiness this change will have. This thus presents the view that change will help to bring a positive impact and organizations looking towards it will need to ensure that these changes are encountered in a positive way. This article thus highlights various theories and the integration of those which will help to shape the way organization prepares itself for the changes and the problems employees encounter. This thus looks into various aspect whichj will have a bearing on the motivational level and the ways organization needs to look at to encounter those. This article thus shows the importance and readiness of change and factors which can have a long term effect on accepting it. This presents an overview that organizations need to encounter to bring this necessary change and ways which will help the organization to grow. This article thus presents a lot of view which I strictly support and factors which will help to make the organization a better place to work on. This article highlights the fact of change and ways it can be accepted and prepared so that it is accepted easily. I agree to the act that organization need to brace themselves for the changes but organizations are not ready to change as there is résistance from the employees. This makes it difficult and some ways need to be sorted out. I agree that change is necessary and organizations need to evolve continuously. I agree to the fact that organization need to create situation which employee adhere to and are ready to accept it for change. This is imperative as creating factors which will improve the well being of employee will find easy acceptability. These will receive support and to make those changes will be easy for the organization. It is also presented that there needs to be a relation between the physiological effect and the strategies that organization employ. I agree to it a sit will have an effect on the motivational level. This will make employees to visualize things and if the reckon the change will benefit them then acceptability will be easy. This will keep up the tempo and mood and ensure that employee feels a part of the organization and their efforts are better directed. The article has also considered the change in valence which is a great as it is an important measure and tool which will help to determine the acceptability for the change. Valence has a factor to play and highlighting the importance of it will help to ensure that the performance of the employee’s and organization considers the smaller aspect and accounts for it. The article has also looked into the situational factors which will affect the readiness to accept change. I agree to it as innovation and risk taking will change and this will help the organization to find people who can take responsibilities for the future and will have an overall impact on the growth prospects. The article has also looked into the fact that it will look into enhancement of performance and adhering to it will help the organization to take steps which will create a positive impact on the work environment and wil shape the way work is carried out. The article hasn’t considered the training aspect which is important. Employees need to be trained to face the changes. This hasn’t been talked about and it an assumption that employees will have the skills to face those. This needs to be considered and is an important proposition which will influence the readiness to accept change. The article also hasn’t looked into the motivational aspect this change will bring. This is a very important feature as it will have a bearing on the performance. Organization need to ensure that employees are up mood so that they are able to deliver better. The article also doesn’t look into the change in responsibilities and accountability this will create. This will have an impact on the overall health of the organization and needs to be considered as it will help to bring a change in the outlook of work and will have a deep repercussion on the overall growth prospects. The article has assumed that change will be beneficial and will help but it is not always true. There has been circumstances when companies have faltered and this has affected them a long way. It has pushed them back and impacted their growth prospect. Organization all around is looking to brace them for the change. It is seen that software companies have changes their pattern of work by transforming the organizational structure. It is seen that Infosys has changed their work pattern and have made employees to shift their operation in different areas thereby making employees to get ready for the changes they will encounter due to change in technology. Another organization which has changed is the banking industry. It is seen that banks have changes the manner in which they work by ensuring that the use of internet and managing accounts of individual themselves has changed their work performance. Also with mobile internet and operating the accounts through the mobile has crafted the necessary change. Thus, there has been change and it will continue as it is imperative to change and organizations are looking to inculcate it in their schemes of things.
