The project deliverables include among other things, an engine production functionality that caters for the inadequacies of existing systems of engine functions (Alexis, 2007).

This is to be achieved through the introduction of new engine parts and enhanced functions that are absent from older forms of engines. Specific Project Objectives and Success Criteria There is a specified objective of completing the task within 20 days. This is 15 days shy of the existing 35 days within which projects are normally completed. More pieces of engines can be built with the current budget and more quality engines can be produced within the set time frame (PM Docs, 2012).
