Here although the company might be able to treat their employee well, just until the products are developed, there is the very bad treatment of the customers. The overall approach here would be more selfish and the product developed as well as the use of resources will both be focused on the company's needs more than those relating to the customers. A utilitarian approach will focus on the benefit of the larger group. Here attention will be given to the benefit of many rather than a few and the employees will be treated fairly.

Here the greater good of the customers will be considered and managed accordingly. Also, the resources will be used to help for the benefit of many. Finally, in terms of Care Ethics, here the focus is on relationships, vulnerability, and empathy. The focus of this approach will be on the emotional aspects of the relationship with little or no attention to more serious elements which can impact the overall growth of the company or the customers. Reflection Prompt #2 The three kinds of punishments for corporations are, corrective advertising, community service order, and corporate death punishment.

Corrective advertising refers to the need for the company to make a public announcement to disclose to the public the mistakes made and the possible issues that arise from the mistakes. The community service order is a means to help make immoral organizations more in sync with the needs of society and here the punishment is forced until the desired goals are not met. Finally, in terms of corporate death punishment, here the businesses are forced to go out of business using revocation of corporate charter.

Ethics and morals are the same for every individual and corporation in society.
