In this system and other associated systems, the cost of health is spread to the entire country's population. Similarly, the system is time-saving. And most of the services offered to the citizens are under one insurance cover. Additionally, it encourages entrepreneurship and does not support medical bankruptcy due to specific insurance issues.

Cons: The Italian health care system leads to a socialist state, and the taxes are raised, but the government to cater to the services offered. The system also reduces innovation and competition with increase rationing of services due to medical abuse. In most cases, universal care helps eliminate competition within institutions, although the pay may be equal, and several incentives are being done to reduce the operation load.

The Italian Primary Health Care system has been improved since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. The country has made tremendous efforts to meet the rising cases of the affected and infected persons (Abu Hilal et al., 2020). In response to the circumstances, Italy has extended most of its emergency measures such as a ban on public meetings and gatherings and travel restrictions, within its borders. The government has also enhanced safety measures by introducing sanitization booths and free masks to most of its vulnerable people to help curb the spread of the virus.

E-Health: The E-Health document in Italy is one of the most important supporting documents of the country's health care system. Although several others contain explicit information about the state and its healthcare provisions, the report contains positive information about the services being offered and their usefulness to the citizens (Fuchs, 2020). The increasing cases of diseases in the country have called for stringent measures, and the document has served it right to ascertain the rationale.

In the “CommonHealth Fund” and the "Sick Around the World," the documentary contains essential information about the spread of various pandemics around the world and the numerous efforts different healthcare systems around the world are making to meet the cases of the rise. It is also evident that the cases of pandemics that have caused massive impacts around the world have continued to affect people (Reid, 2009).
