The health care system is a nonprofit-making organization that serves the community and offers good quality services through its medical professionals. In 2015, Banner University of medicine was formed after a collaboration between the University of Arizona Health Network and Banner Health. The Banner University of Medicine was developed to help in the research, and learning process, and ensure patient health care improvement in all schools under the health facility. Banner Health is dedicated to its clients and bettering health outcomes by providing that the focus is on improving the health facilities, professionalism, integration of advanced technology, and ensuring an expansion of all the facilities.  The organization offers employment to about 50,000 citizens. Employees in the organization ensure the provision of quality services and diversification in the health system career-wise.

Most of the organizations that indulge in the health industry struggle to adopt the health industry's best strategy because of patients' different cultural practices(Bremer,2016). Banner Health supports other hospitals, and keeping up with cultural diversity seems to be hard.  The hospitals under Banner Health have embraced the concept of culture. Banner Health is a large health facility; hence, it has access to professionals and quality equipment. Strategic plans are always in place to ensure that the organization's resources are well taken care of and continuous expansion of services.  Some of the services carried out in the organization are therapy services, rehab centers, units of Alzheimer's control, stroke and trauma centers, and home care units (Atri, 2019). Each healthcare department has a skilled medical practitioner that ensures that diseases are prevented and controlled and rehabilitation facilities for different clients. Most of the company's information is found on its websites. Clients can easily access the product and services offered by Banner Health and make decisions on what package to pick for their clinical services. Patients can also make consultations and launch their complaints on the company’s website. The health care facility has created the right image by ensuring quality services at home and in different places, availability of pharmacies, and outpatient surgery services centers. The organization obeys every legal policy set by the government. A combination of technology and a skilled workforce better the organization's health outcomes, research, innovations, inventions, and expansion projects.

Banner Health strategically promotes fellowship that helps in providing care and focuses on the use of technology in invention and innovation while taking patients. Most of the time, the organization changes its policies to get the most workable for its stakeholders and the healthcare facility's growth. Some of the organization's programs are training programs, school-based programs, and the creation of simulation- education. The health care organization focuses on improving nurses' skills because nurses are vital in a country's health system. The hospitals also ensure that the nurses' ratio to patients is equal to ensure that health practitioners can handle the number of patients in the hospital. Banner Health ensures that its workers work on a flexible time frame so as avoid fatigue and medical errors.

The company's mission is to ensure they promote the development and engage nurses to be skillful and advance their performance. Banner Health wants to ensure that advanced technology can improve the healthcare environment and ecosystem by using intelligence, connectivity, and proper technology alignment. Technology will help the company build a sound database system that helps keep all patients' records and ensure the patient's information is well secured. The company provides every patient with data linked to their health history to ensure that all the information is centralized.

Banner Health has a skilled workforce that delivers quality services. Training of the nurses is done by the organization to ensure that the services rendered are top-notch. The organization only hires competent employees, and the human resource department engages in the recruitment process to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The primary goal of Banner Health is the enhancement of services delivered and ensuring that the needs of all stakeholders are met. The organization always looks into problems that affect society and ensures that all clients are satisfied with the services. The organization attracts new clients because of the quality of health outcomes.
