"World Health Organization and the American Medical Association" is a good example of a paper on the health system.
Healthcare organizations are organizations that promote the healthcare of patients by sharing information gotten from the evidence of scientific research. The American Medical Association (AMA) is dedicated to promoting the art and science of medicine as well as better the health of public health. On the other hand, the World Health Organization (WHO) is a specialized part of the United Nations that is dedicated to the provision of international public health (Renckly, 2006).

The comparison between the World health organization and the American Medical Association is that they both provide medical care to the public. Consequently, they both use the internet while posting for job opportunities calling for people to apply. They email the shortlisted candidates asking them to attend an interview. They both have a recruitment process and procedures before recruiting. Moreover, they both provide training to the new members who join the organization. In both organizations, the rights of the employees have protected as well as the provision of a working environment that is conducive (White, 2003).

In contrast, while the American Medical Association recruits members to work in America only, the World Health Organization recruits members to work globally in the provision of public health care. In addition, WHO increases access to health care in remote and rural areas through improved retention. In addition, the American Medical Association has programs that promote the participation of medical students only (Jennings, 2005). On the other hand, WHO has programs that involve all workers in the formal and informal as well as students who are interested in their programs.
