The success of this management needed close teamwork in delivering services to the public. The team aimed at achieving their objectives through collaborative activities. Therefore, the success of this organization was achieved through proper leadership training (Osland, Kolb & Rubin, 2000).

The Canadian health care system is another higher-performing health care system in the list of the high-performing health care systems. The organization was developed with an aim of providing suitable medical services to the Canadian community (Naylor, 2006). This organization managed to identify methods to work and manage medical changes within the health care system. This system also has a close management system that works as a team (Naylor, 2006).

 Both health care systems aim at providing medical practices. They also aim at providing the best management evaluation organizations and effective proper leadership training within the health care system. However, this is challenging because both healthcare organizations are not well placed to contain the increase of knowledge and technological development; thus, developing a gap in the medical care provided and the medical care delivered (Naylor, 2006). Therefore, this challenge will affect their operational performance and assessment of medical services. To improve their performance, these organizations need to improve on their management system because the managers motivate and control activities within the system.
