            Outreach visits are also effective means of stakeholder involvement in the clinical change process. These visits are effective in changing the approach undertaken by the health care personnel in dealing with a particular clinical problem or patient. In conducting these visits, an individual spends time tailoring the provided information that meets the needs of the health care personnel. This information might include feedback on the performance of the personnel. These visits are important in the improvement of practice management and preventive services in medical care (Harrington & Smith, 2008).

            The clinical change process requires stakeholder involvement in every stage of the process. This is to ensure they are well informed and have an opportunity to take part in the process.
