Its success and stability are nevertheless commensurate with the manner in which Vista-Sci Healthcare Inc. will accurately identify the challenges and solve them conclusively.  

An Analysis of the Identified Three Key Issues

            According to Rowe (2006), one of the issues that Vista-Sci Healthcare Inc. faces is the lack of clear-cut, cutthroat guidelines on how to recruit candidates. This is seen in the instance where the organization was in a dilemma between two candidates, concerning the most suitable candidate to replace the outgoing CEO. Given that both candidates had stellar records of performance as product managers, their uniqueness kept Vista-Sci Healthcare Inc. from making a decision.

            Another problem that beset Vista-Sci Healthcare Inc. is its knack for searching for more appealing regimens which led to many products being reformulated into daily time-released formats. To this effect, even accounts receivable staff began seeking ways in which trades could extend their payments for seasonal products, over a full year, so as to avoid running out of stock during slow periods. However, this inconveniences customers.  

            Another issue that bedeviled Vista-Sci Healthcare Inc. is the disparity between getting the product managers to get their products allocated for salesforce attention and getting the sales force motivated about selling the same product to pharmacies and doctors.

The Best Solution to the Identified Three Key Issues

            Tompkins (2004) postulates that to address the problem that is the lack of clear-cut, cutthroat guidelines on how to recruit the CEO, the company’s rules should be revisited and changed to have the matter subject to a vote by the company’s board of governors or heads of departments. Voting by the board will assuage the degree of human passions during decision-making (Matthews, et al, 2003).

            According to Bernard (2008), the second problem can be solved by having a more comprehensive marketing strategy that is perennial in nature.  This will ensure that periodical and perennial products are reflected in the marketing strategy. The third problem can be solved by setting proper talent management programs and competitive remunerations and emoluments for product managers and salesmen who introduce the same products into the market (Morgan, Frost and Pondy, 1983).
