"Mortality and Morbidity Rates" is a wonderful example of a paper on the health system. It is the primary objective of the healthcare industry to guarantee health to the general population. Many ways employed towards preventive measures to prevent diseases and life-threatening situations primarily depend on statistical figures on mortality and morbidity rates among a given population. Mortality rates represent the number of deaths resulting from a given disease or condition. When the mortality rates are high for a given disease, more attention is given to that area in efforts to cut down the mortality rate. Additionally, it is more rational to channel more resources in terms of research, finance, time, and professionalism towards cases with high mortality rates as a preventive measure. On the other hand, morbidity rate represents the magnitude in which the disease presents itself. High morbidity incidences are treated with high priority since they have adverse effects on the patient. Likewise, high morbidity rates call for the application of more resources with the hope of achieving meaningful results. Therefore, mortality and morbidity rates are very important precursors to how we use preventive measures to prevent diseases and life-threatening causes to our health.
  1. Finding the cure is only one step in the process of care. Epidemiologists define the purpose of care and the incentives to explore for more information to find adaptation.

Provision of healthcare demands that a solution to the health problem be provided. However, it is wiser to go a step further to find a long-lasting solution to the problem. Epidemiologists define the purpose of care as the extra mile taken to find adaptation to the problem. Accordingly, this makes profound meaning since a lasting solution in terms of adaptation means fewer resources are used to control the health problem. Considering the pain, suffering, economic costs, and depreciation of the quality of life in times of sickness, it becomes rational to find adaptive measures to prevent people from getting sick in the first place. Even when a cure is present, there are always increased benefits of keeping the whole society out of the hospital by all means. Therefore, it is overwhelmingly important to explore for more information to find adaptation as a means of finding a lasting solution to various healthcare problems.
