"Healthcare Organization" is a wonderful example of a paper on the health system. As pointed out by Varkey (2010), the performance excellence of our organization is based on several health care criteria that have put it at the top in healthcare provision. Guided by the objective to offer quality health care, our organization consists of a strong administration team that oversees the delivery of quality services through leadership, professionalism, accountability, and respect.

Current levels and trends in key measures or indicators of health care outcomes

Several measures have been put in place to ensure good results in our health care delivery. As opposed to our competitors, when conducting a strategic plan, the hospital will involve more participants which allows the voices of more people aired (Varkey, 2010). This way, issues, and opportunities would be clarified. Customer focus is also prioritized by the hospital. A comprehensive health fair is held once a year with free blood tests and other tests. On the same note, the hospital has adopted a patient-focused culture where an information system would be considered important in facilitating communication with customers.

In order to ensure that patient safety is put at the top of our priorities when patients are diagnosed with certain diseases or are at risk of developing certain diseases, they can be given information on what needs to be done next. This entails what the doctor sees or what the person can work on to change their lives and to lower the risk of contracting the disease.

Current levels and trends in key measures or indicators of patient satisfaction and dissatisfaction

Moreover, as opposed to our competitors, the organization will have different types of patient surveys that would get feedback from patients regarding the organizations' services. Some of the feedback from the survey together with unsolicited correspondence from either the patient or family member would be responded to by the hospital’s staff. This would help the organization realize its weak areas as well as improve on them, something that will make us distinct from our competitors.

Conclusion

With these measures in place, it is apparent that our organization will offer exceptionally good services much far ahead of what our competitors do. When guided with the goal of treating every patient like our own, these measures would definitely work it out.
