The neuropsychologist has an important role in connecting neurological findings to abnormal behaviors. The neurologist will focus on the diagnosis of diseases of the nervous system. The neuropsychiatrist can help the neurologist in identifying brain-based diseases or disorders since it has specialization in the latter.

Finally, the team will discuss the treatment plan. The neuropsychiatrist will be in charge of determining the necessary psychodynamic therapies and drug treatments.
